How was Celixé™ skincare created?
Celixé™ was created from the need for skincare that truly works without unnecessary ingredients. During my own journey, I noticed that many products were either too harsh or simply ineffective.
That’s why I developed Celixé™: luxurious, effective, and accessible skincare made with high-quality active ingredients that keep your routine simple yet powerful.

Are your products tested on animals?
Our products are absolutelyNOTtested on animals. We also use only natural ingredients. In addition, our cosmetic products fully comply with the Dutch Cosmetics Decree (warenwetbesluit cosmetische producten).
Where can I find the product information for your products?
Each Celixé™ Skincare product includes a description of what it does for the skin and which ingredients it contains. If you still have questions about a specific product, we are happy to help. You can send your question through our contact form.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Within what timeframe will you deliver my order?
At Celixé™, delivery can take between 5–7 business days before your order arrives. This is because we produce our products only after they are ordered. This allows us to ensure that customers can enjoy their products for as long as possible, as some items have a limited shelf life. If an unexpected delay occurs, you are covered by our Shipping Guarantee, allowing us to work with you to find a suitable solution.
What is Celixé's shipping time and costs?
We carefully prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with all shipping details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For more information, please visit our Shipping page.

Within what time can I return my order?
You can register your return within 14 days after receiving your order through our return portal. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, with the hygiene seal intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note: returns sent without registering through the portal will not be accepted.
Will I get my money back if I return a product?
Yes, if your return meets our return conditions, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and have the hygiene seal intact. Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
